This sticky back plastic that we supply is a monomeric sign vinyl with a self adhesive backing and can be used inside as well as outside as its suitable for all weather conditions and last up to 5 years in outdoor applications. Not only can this product be used on signs, it can also be used to create graphics for vehicles and windows. Also it can be used for the majority of all advertising purposes and exhibition signage.

The product has a smooth, Gloss finish and is the same colour on both the gloss side and the adhesive side (excluding White Removable and White Blue-liner), so is perfect for being applied to glass if used for lettering or graphics. The product is designed to become permanent after 12 hours of application - after that it cannot be removed.

Important Info About This Item. Item comes with its own peel-off backing so no need to purchasing additional adhesive sprays. Vinyl thickness varies between 60 - 90 microns. Non of these products are anything other than Water-based or Solvent based adhesive.

The following info applies to all products excluding the carbon fibre products. These materials are suitable to be applied on to any smooth, flat surface, regardless what it may be. It is NOT suitable to be used as a wrap and cannot be applied over raised areas or grooves as this will result in creasing. You can NOT heat this product to stretch. Not suitable for vehicle wrap.

The following information applies only to the carbon fibre products. This material is suitable for all smooth, flat surfaces and can be heated and stretch to apply over raised areas including vehicle wrapping. Suitable for heating/stretching with a heat gun. It is advised that when applying any vinyl that you are in a well heated room.

Any attempt to apply vinyl in a cold room or outside on a cold day may result in the adhesive not setting properly and may peel off. It may also be prone to tearing if mishandled even on hot days! All our vinyl is rolls up nice and tight to fit into the postal tube - it is important that you handle when care when unpacking our product. Bubbles are common when applying any type of self adhesive vinyl so we always recommend using the wet method to apply and always use a squeegee to apply and push out th e air bubbles. Make up the slip solution in spray bottle (1 tsp washing up liquid to 1 pint cold water).

Thoroughly wash the smooth, flat surface with slip solution & squeegee dry. (if applicable) Remove paint, varnish or other foreign matter with a scraper. Spray surface with slip solution & squeegee out, checking that the surface is very clean & dust free. Adhesive surface is protected between'vinyl film' and liner. The vinyl may be cut to approximate size with a very sharp blade.

It is recommended that the film be cut at least 1/2 longer & wider than the surface area if you plan on covering the whole thing. You are now ready to. Separate a corner of the'vinyl' and liner with 2 small pieces of adhesive tape on either side of the product.

Thoroughly wet the surface you're about to cover with the slip solution, this will hold the film in place whilst you remove the clear liner. Place film on the area with liner facing you. From the ready seperated corner carefully peel. Spray the adhesive surface generously with the slip solution you cannot. Carefully reverse film on to the area you are covering so that the adhesive side is now in contact with the surface.

Note: Keep film straight, do not allow film to curl up on itself or to wrinkle. A crease or wrinkle will not flatten out on. Position the film by gently sliding on wet surface and smoothing out large air bubbles.

Ensure all surface area is covered by the film. Spray the film with the slip solution to give slip for the squeegee. The first stroke should be horizontal across the top of the surface. The next stroke should be downwards from one edge with succeeding strokes working down and away from the first strokes.

On final squeegee of the top & bottom edges the squeegee may be pushed towards the edges to remove any excess water. Simply order the quantity, size and material you require from the drop down boxes provided, starting from the top box downwards. When searching for different sizes and grades in the drop down boxes please make sure you clear the options. Back to the SELECT position to make sure all options are visible. If for any reason you cant find the colour you require from the chart below in the drop down boxes please.

All items are dispatched within 24hrs of. Express services are also available by next day carrier. Business times are 8 - 5 Monday to Friday so items after 12pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be sent on the following Monday. (This excludes bank holidays and weekends). Next day carrier service to avoid a delay in receiving your item.

Next day deliveries exclude bank holidays and weekends. Unless notified, all items will be sent within the stated times. If item is late, if for any reason we know your item will be longer than the promised time frame we will contact you straight away to advise you of the situation. We may require photographic evidence. Any problems must be reported with in 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please bear this in mind when asking questions, as they will only be answered during working time slots. The cut off point for next day orders is 12 noon.

All orders taken before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day between Monday - Friday. If you opt for next day carrier service and order before 12 noon , your item will be dispatched the same day and will arrive between 8am-6pm the following day (excluding weekends) if you opt for next day carrier after Friday 12 noon your item will be sent the following Monday. It is the customers responsibility to notify us of any changes in your address before the item is dispatched.
